Investment in Your Well-Being
Choosing therapy is an investment in your quality of life, not just symptom relief, but deeper understanding, resilience, and meaningful change. My practice is private pay, so therapy remains individualized, confidential, and clinically guided rather than shaped by insurance restrictions or session limits.
Session Fees
Individual Therapy
45-minute session: $195
60-minute session: $245
The first two sessions are 60 minutes to allow for a comprehensive intake, assessment, and thoughtful treatment planning.
Many clients also choose 60-minute sessions for trauma-focused or depth-oriented work.
Do you accept insurance?
I am a private-pay practice and do not bill insurance directly. Superbills are available for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Many clients choose private pay for greater privacy, flexibility, and depth of care.
Why Private Pay Therapy?
Private pay therapy allows us to focus on what actually helps rather than what insurance companies allow.
Private pay offers:
Greater privacy and confidentiality
Flexibility in session length and treatment approach
Freedom to choose the most effective treatment
Freedom to integrate evidence-based depth-oriented modalities
A focus on meaningful, long-term change, not just symptom management
Superbills are available for potential out-of-network reimbursement
