Investment in Your Well-Being
Choosing therapy is an investment in your quality of life- not just symptom relief, but deeper understanding, resilience, and meaningful change. My practice is private-pay so that therapy remains individualized, confidential, and clinically guided — rather than shaped by insurance restrictions or session limits.
Session Fees
Individual Therapy
45-minute session: $195
60-minute session: $245
The first two sessions are 60 minutes to allow for a comprehensive intake, assessment, and thoughtful treatment planning.
Many clients also choose 60-minute sessions for trauma-focused or depth-oriented work.
Do you accept insurance?
I am a private-pay practice and do not bill insurance directly. Superbills are available for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Many clients choose private pay for greater privacy, flexibility, and depth of care.
Why Private-Pay Therapy?
Private-pay therapy allows us to focus on what actually helps, rather than what insurance companies allow.
Private pay offers:
Greater privacy and confidentiality
Flexibility in session length and treatment approach
Freedom to choose the most effective treatment
Freedom to integrate evidence-based depth-oriented modalities
A focus on meaningful, long-term change- not just symptom management
Superbills are available for potential out-of-network reimbursement
